Today’s Lunch:  Sausage gravy on a biscuit, tater tots, wango tango punch, and fruit

Tomorrow’s Breakfast:  Pancake, ham slice, fruit, juice, and milk

Tomorrow’s Lunch:  Chicken quesadilla, spicy beans, corn, and fruit

French club is selling Eiffel bonbons for $1 a pack.  The flavors are strawberry, blue raspberry, green apple, and watermelon.  Please see a participating French club member for your purchase.

Cookies will be sold Thursday, November 21 during both lunches.

Juniors and Seniors:  A representative from Blackburn College will be visiting Du Quoin High School on Tuesday, November 19th at 9:55.  Please sign the list in guidance if you would like to attend.

Du Quoin HS is going to be starting a new organization called Educators Rising.  This organization is for Juniors and Seniors that are interested in joining the field of education.  The initial meeting for Educators Rising will be Wednesday (11/20) during ELT in Mr. File's room. If you have any questions, please see Mr. File.

Food Drive hosted by Student Council:  Today-Friday, November 22 - Our food drive will help out our food pantries in town.  Food Items Most Needed:  

Tuna & Other Canned Meat

Peanut Butter

Soups & Beef Stew

Macaroni & Cheese

Spaghetti & Sauce

Rice and Dry & Canned Beans

Canned Vegetables & Fruits

Powdered Milk

Fruit Juice (Cans, Bottles, Boxes)

Ramen Noodles

(no Kool-Aid or powder mixes) 

Attention FBLA Members: If you would like to order an FBLA T-shirt, please stop by Room 112 to pick up an order form. Also, we will meet on Tuesday, November 19, in the Driver's Ed. Room during ELT.

Winter sports pictures are Thursday, Nov 21 at 3:20pm.  Picture packets are available in the office.  

Art Club shirts are in, if you ordered a shirt please pick it up in the art room. I am only here until 3rd hour.

Seniors:  John A. Logan College will be here Friday (11/22) at 9:00 a.m. to speak with all seniors in the auditorium.

There will be an engineering club meeting @ 7:15 a.m. on Wednesday in Mr. Jones' room.

There will be a short baseball meeting after school on Friday in the library, for anyone wanting to play baseball this spring.

Attention Pep Club members:  There will be a 10-minute Pep Club meeting THIS Wednesday at 3 o'clock in the commons--It's been a while!  We look forward to seeing you there!

The Speech Team had a very successful day on Saturday at the Mascoutah Tournament!
