The week of Jan. 18 - 21, 2022 will be a 2PM dismissal for all schools. The after school program, provided by the 21st Century grants, will have programming as normal this week. At the 2PM dismissal students will go to the designated areas for snack, recreation and/or activities from 2:00-3:15 with instructional aides. Then at 3:15 students will have their homework room or club activity. The program will dismiss at 5:15 PM as normal. Buses will run as scheduled for the program and car riders may be picked up at the K-8 building in the rear of the school building.
As a reminder, this is a grant program and we are required to record participation hours for all our enrolled students. Unless absolutely necessary, please do not pick up students prior to the program dismissal at 5:15 PM. This will help us achieve our goals and demonstrate the community need to continue the program in the future. If you need to pick up your student prior to the dismissal at 5:15 PM occasionally, please wear a mask when entering the school. All teachers, staff, student and visitors are required to wear a mask indoors in the school setting. Especially with the positivity rate in the community right now, we ask that you comply with this requirement to help protect our office staff and workers.
