The Fellowship of Christian Athletes would like to invite students, faculty and staff to a couple of FCA sponsored events this Wednesday.

The first event is the annual See You at the Pole rally.  On Wednesday morning, students at DHS will join students from across the country around their school flagpoles to pray for our communities.  We will meet at the flagpole in front of the library at 7:35 am

Also on Wednesday night, FCA invites you to meet at the Olivia Rose House to enjoy some food, play some games, and listen to a couple of great speakers.  SIU Football player AJ Quinn and DHS alum Jacqueline Crain will be speaking, and you won't want to miss out!  This event will be from 6:30 to 8:00.  So bring a lawn chair, and expect to have a great time.

Pep club will be hosting a Homecoming carnival during school on Friday, Sept. 30. There is no cost to participate in the carnival activities and you will even be able to watch many of our teachers get dunked in the dunk booth. The only cost will be if you choose to eat from food trucks. The Burger Shack, GeGes Food Stand, and Fire and Ice will all be here and will have a more student friendly menu available so that we are not paying fair prices.
