Today’s Lunch: Walking taco OR chicken quesadilla, spicy beans, Mexican rice, and fruit
Tomorrow’s Breakfast: Pancake, sausage, fruit, milk, and juice
Tomorrow’s Lunch: Chicken fried chicken OR fish, mashed potatoes and gravy, green beans, and fruit
Show your school spirit by dressing up by dressing up this week.
Tomorrow - Adam Sandler- dress like Adam Sandler
Thursday- Parent Trap- Dress as a Twin Day
Friday- Friday Night Lights dress in red and black
After the first dress day, juniors are in first place, seniors in second, sophomores in third and freshman in fourth. Teachers make sure to take the dress count so classes can earn spirit points.

Speech team will be practicing in Mrs. Sims' room at 3:30 today.
Billboards are tonight from 6-8 at the high school. Students, if you would like to work on them with your class, make sure you show up.
FBLA members need to check the FBLA Google Classroom. If you have paid your dues, you should have an invite to the classroom.
FBLA Officers will have a meeting tomorrow during lunch. Meeting will start at 12:30 and run until 1.
FCCLA members---RADA orders were due last Friday; the order will be placed this week--be sure your orders are turned in to Mrs. Stacey!
Also for FCCLA members -Last chance to sign up for the Fall Leadership Rally is this week. Mrs. Stacey will shut off the form this week. --Also be sure to check the google classroom for announcements.
Student Council Members: Please sign up to work a shift during the carnival. It is located on google classroom.
Everyone should have a parking pass by now. We will start issuing citations by the end of the week.
The FFA Blood Drive is tomorrow. Don’t forget to sign up!
The Fellowship of Christian Athletes would like to invite students, faculty and staff to a couple of FCA sponsored events tomorrow -
The first event is the annual See You at the Pole rally. Tomorrow morning, students at DHS will join students from across the country around their school flagpoles to pray for our communities. We will meet at the flagpole in front of the library at 7:35 am
Then tomorrow night, FCA invites you to meet at the Olivia Rose House to enjoy some food, play some games, and listen to a couple of great speakers. SIU Football player AJ Quinn and DHS alum Jacqueline Crain will be speaking, and you won't want to miss out! This event will be from 6:30 to 8:00. So bring a lawn chair, and expect to have a great time.
